To participate in any JMS Athletics program the student MUST have a completed physical uploaded to Dragonfly, students who do not have this submitted cannot stay for practice or games.

The Clayton County Public Schools Athletics Department is pleased to introduce DragonFly, a new platform that will aide in streamlining our compliance forms collections process. DragonFly simplifies sports management with digital forms, health records and team communication tools. DragonFly is an athlete-centered electronic health record that simplifies paperwork for school athletics. Please take a moment to follow the instructions and create a single profile for all of your scholars. Once you have joined, simply acknowledge all of the required digital forms and upload all valid sports physical forms by simply taking a photo. Thank you for your adherence to our new sports compliance procedures.
